An Information Technology, IT engineering company, ADVANCE-IT Group has unveiled a proven digital solution formulated to benefit accounting firms who have customers in different towns.
The proven solution was unveiled in Yaounde on December 14 in Yaounde during a press conference. The conference brought together accounting assistants, accountants, chief accountants, management control, Directors and Administrative and finance staff among others.
Speaking during the press briefing, Yves Rostand Toguem G. Director General of ADVANCE-IT said, the product called Data Central is a solution that works on SAGE 100 and enables firms to actually get data from software installed in the customer’s machine.
According to the DG, accounting firms suffer high management costs as well as other operational expenses that affects their competitiveness and profitability. Base on this, the solution helps to reduce up to 75 percent of the number of physical contact and/or face-face interventions at clients’ homes and other places.
“This product helps to reduce 66 percent the amount of time dedicated to managing each client monthly and also significantly increase the wallet of clients who can be attended to by the accountant of a firm,” he said.
Going by Merline Kouam Kamdem, chief of Agency at KSTRATEGY Sarl, the digital solution to ameliorate the quality of service, competitiveness and profitability of Accounting Firms.
“This event is just geared towards demonstrating a tool that could be used to gain competitiveness and effectiveness within an accounting firm,” Kouam Kamdem said.
